Dorothea Tanning (1910-2012)
Once more with Chave in Vence, France, I draw with a brush and thick ink to produce these agitated nudes. They take over the lithograph where I tried for the light touch. Drawn on treated papers. By what I will call "rainbow rolling" we obtained seven colors with four passages of the roller.
